DropTheHassle MCP
Instant web hosting and domain deployment for AI agents with free HTTPS staging links, domain search, and DNS-free custom domains.
About this Server
DropTheHassle MCP (`dropthehassle` / `dropthehassle-mcp`) enables AI agents to deploy web projects directly from a workspace folder to a live HTTPS link with no account required for initial staging. It offers tools to search domain availability, link custom .com domains without manual DNS configuration, configure contact form lead collection, rollback site releases, and route API backends.
Direct low-latency RPC protocol communication with structured JSON schemas.
Restricted capability bounds to prevent accidental modifications or leakage.
Security & Best Practices
When to Use (and When Not To)
- •Deploying client-side prototypes, landing pages, and web apps immediately from chat without hosting setup
- •Checking domain name availability and pricing directly inside AI agent workflows
- •Attaching custom domains with automated SSL certificates without configuring DNS records
- •Multi-container Kubernetes cluster deployments (use Kubernetes MCP Server instead)
- •AWS cost auditing and Terraform FinOps policy enforcement (use CloudBurn MCP instead)
- •Complex enterprise Azure resource provisioning and VM management (use Azure MCP Server instead)

8 toolsFunctions your AI agent can invoke via this Model Context Protocol server
Publishes a directory containing index.html to a live HTTPS link (returns live URL and human claim link; no token required).
Checks whether a domain name is available and returns verified annual registry pricing without purchasing.
Lists all deployed sites on the account with their active URLs, deployment status, and attached custom domains.
Restores the previous release version of a claimed site in one step with explicit user confirmation.
Attaches an owned domain from the account to a deployed site with automated zero-DNS provisioning.
Modifies or creates an individual text file on a live site without needing a full rebuild and upload.
Proxies API route paths or the entire site to a custom external HTTPS backend (Render, Railway, or AWS).
Toggles lead capture contact forms on claimed sites and routes form submissions to the owner dashboard.
